Let's recap our Public Relations event Share A Dram With Stewart Buchanan . In May 2017 Dramnation was asked to create and host an exclusive Meet
& Greet event for local whisky appreciators for the Global Brand Ambassador of GlenDronach, BenRiach, and Glenglassaugh, Stewart Buchanan.
Hosted at one of our favourite partner bars in Sydney CBD, Pocket Bar Darlinghurst, this stand up cocktail affair delivered a vibrant yet ambient social interaction with the man of the moment.
Attending guests were a selection of the local Sydney drammers with a keen interest to learn more and get involved in whisky from more than just a
casual drinking sense. Nothing beats meeting a personality like Stewart in the flesh so it did not take long to rustle up a responsive crowd.
Keeping the mood light and vibrant guests were greeted with a welcome BenRiach 10 whisky sour ciocktail and other beverages before opening up the floor
for Stewart to make the rounds and have a personal chat with each and every guest. We passed through the evening with a choice selection of cheeses,
cold cuts and snacks provided by the Pocket Bar kitchen as well as some liberal pours of Stewart’s choice of whiskies as he made the rounds.,
Prior to our event starting a private media session with a handful of individuals were asked to sit down for an anything goes discussion about Stuart’s
role within the distilleries as well as anything else fitting to discuss at the time. Stuart selected a choice of drams to serve and discuss during
this time which he felt best represented where these distilleries lay. If you want to get their take on how it all rolled check out the article at
WhiskNick or album's at Gourmantic & Gastronomical.

Unfortunately with all our running around managing such an event we did not have any time to have a formal interview with Stewart. Rest assured next time
Stewart is back, and I am sure it will be soon, we will look to get him out to The Hills Districts fo a public tasting.
It was great to have Stewart out in Australia and honored to have been asked to manage and organise this event.
Cheers Stewart. See you next time you are in town!
