PRICE
1

Total basket cost (including p&p): NA
Only one malt available on our list (Lagavulin) and it was over £36!
 Reasonable postage charge (£4.95)
Difficult to judge as only the Lagavulin malt was available, but this was so expensive the signs are not good!

RANGE
2

Total available bottlings (from our 5 distilleries): 20
An average of 4 bottlings for each distillery
Dissapointing range, but they also miss the most popular bottlings.
Seem to have some unusual whiskies but not more popular ones. Might be worth trying for the odd rare malt - but we wouldn't bother!

WEB SITE
0

Fairly quick - too many colour photos, but not too bad but...
Dreadful to use - no search, ridiculous constrtuction, took ages just to find whisky, nice Scottish region map....that didn't work. Aaargh!
Ages to get to prices - when you try to order it tells you to check the terms and conditions but didn't link to them and I couldn't find them.
I'd rather die than have to use the Bibacity web site again.

SERVICE
3

The best measure of service is how a company reacts when something goes wrong. Nothing did! All sites were given an average score (3 out of 5) - Tell us about your experiences and we'll update this rating accordingly.

TOTAL SCORE
(out of 20)
6

6 out of 20 is probably a bit generous. Half of that score is from the service category that we can't really judge yet. We may be missing the point of this web site, but we'd rather buy our whisky from Dixons, and we never buy anything from Dixons.
